Alzheimer’s Association offers free educational session on brain and body health

The Alzheimer’s Association is hosting a monthly educational series focused on healthy living for the brain and body. The July session will be led by an instructor from the Alzheimer’s Association, who will offer science-based recommendations on behaviors impacting brain and body health. Strategies for making healthy decisions in key areas will also be discussed.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Five Points Center for Active Adults on Thursday, July 17, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is open to individuals aged 18 and older, free of charge. Interested participants can register through RecLink.
