Amazon has announced the launch of its new standalone shopping app, Amazon Bazaar, which expands the company’s low-price Haul experience to 14 additional destinations. The app is now available in Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Nigeria.

The Amazon Bazaar app brings hundreds of thousands of affordable products directly to customers. Most items are priced under $10 and some as low as $2. Customers who meet the local minimum purchase amount qualify for free delivery on their orders; smaller orders incur a standard delivery charge. New customers can receive 50% off their first order and all users can benefit from extra savings when building their carts. Deliveries typically arrive within two weeks or less.

According to Amazon: “Based on the positive response we’ve seen from customers shopping Amazon Haul in the U.S., UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, and Australia, and Amazon Bazaar in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, we are excited to be introducing this popular shopping experience to even more customers worldwide.”

Both Amazon Haul and Amazon Bazaar offer an ultra low-price shopping experience with different names chosen to suit local language preferences and cultures. Shoppers can browse fashion items as well as home goods and lifestyle products through the app. Customers use their existing Amazon credentials while accessing features such as customer reviews and star ratings.

The company highlighted a new feature for Prime members called Add to Delivery that allows users to add items to upcoming deliveries with one tap.

All products sold on Amazon Bazaar undergo compliance checks to ensure they meet regulations and company policies. Returns are free if requested within 15 days of receipt. Multilingual customer support is available around the clock.

Amazon stated: “Amazon has always worked to provide customers with a wide selection, low prices, and convenient shopping experience.”

The company continues its focus on offering daily low prices across a broad product range along with additional savings for Prime members.
