After a nationwide search, the City of Raleigh has selected Mark Wittenburg as its new Chief Information Officer. Mr. Wittenburg served as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Tempe, Arizona and will bring over thirty years of IT experience to the City of Raleigh, effective September 26.
