Congressman Brad Knott, who was elected to represent North Carolina’s 13th district in 2024, recently posted a series of messages on his official X (formerly Twitter) account addressing topics ranging from U.K. immigration policies to local service academy nominations.

On October 3, 2025, Knott commented on the state of free speech and immigration policy in the United Kingdom. He wrote, ” Remember, if a U.K. Citizen (righteously) expresses outrage at their suicidal immigration policies via a simple online post, they’ll be charged and prosecuted!”.

Shortly after, Knott extended congratulations to two individuals. On October 3, 2025, he posted: “Congratulations @Riley_Gaines_ and @_Louis_Barker_! There is no greater blessing — You two will be fantastic parents. God bless your wonderful family.”

Later that day, Knott addressed constituents in North Carolina’s 13th district regarding upcoming deadlines for military service academy nominations. In his October 3 post he stated: “Attention #NC13 Parents & Students Military Service Academy nominations are due Oct. 31 at 5 p.m. Visit my website or contact my office to learn more! “

Brad Knott won his seat in Congress after defeating Frank Pierce in the general election held in 2024 with a margin of 58.6% to 41.4%. This victory secured his role as the representative for North Carolina’s 13th congressional district.
