Congressman Brad Knott, who represents North Carolina’s 13th district, recently posted several updates on his official Twitter account highlighting developments in Harnett County and the start of a student art competition.

On February 17, 2026, Knott announced the renovation of a local training center: “Big things are happening in Harnett County! @iamcccc will soon have a newly renovated Advanced Technology & Biotechnology Training Center to serve North Carolinians and contribute to industries across the region.”

Later that day, he shared news about an annual event for young artists: “I am excited to announce the start of the NC-13 Congressional Art Competition. Last year, we received some impressive artwork from brilliant students in our district, and I look forward to seeing what this year’s class of contestants create. https://t.co/E4lkCcY8tn https://t.co/9ojAl869FT” This message highlights both past participation and anticipation for new entries from local students.
