Congressman Brad Knott, who won the 2024 general election against Frank Pierce with 58.6% of the vote, has recently used his social media platform to comment on crime and law enforcement policies.

On August 17, 2025, Knott announced an upcoming television appearance by posting, “About to go live on @NewsNation! Tune in https://t.co/yUSq9eOotx”.

Later that day, he addressed public safety concerns in another post: “Republicans must continue prioritizing the efficient removal of criminals off our streets. The soft-on-crime, pro-illegal immigrant policies of Democrats have allowed vicious gangs like Tren de Aragua to set up operations across our country. https://t.co/JNJx2M2qYi” (August 17, 2025).

The following morning, Knott commented on recent law enforcement actions in Washington D.C., writing: “Ending sanctuary policies and sidelining woke “law enforcement” is making Washington safe again!

While in D.C. recently, I spoke to an ATF agent I know whose team seized:
– multiple kilograms of various drugs,
– tens of thousands of dollars in cash,
– over a dozen illegally” (August 18, 2025).

Brad Knott’s remarks reflect ongoing debates about crime policy and immigration enforcement. In the November 2024 general election, Knott secured his seat by defeating Frank Pierce with a margin of nearly 17 percentage points.
