Congressman Brad Knott, who won North Carolina’s 2024 general election against Frank Pierce with 58.6% of the vote, has recently posted a series of statements on his Twitter account addressing political and economic issues.

On February 17, 2026, Knott commented on the topic of gerrymandering in North Carolina. He wrote, “NC Democrats raging against gerrymandering is like Picasso raging against the canvas. They invented and perfected it – it’s a truth they just can’t swallow. (See the attached example …. NC Dems made gerrymandering an art form!)”

Later that day, Knott addressed recent economic developments under current leadership: “Even after inheriting Biden’s roaring inflation and broken economy, @HouseGOP and @POTUS are delivering fast for Americans. Inflation slowing MORE than forecasts predicted Wages growing faster than prices Fueling job growth beyond expectations” (posted February 17, 2026).

In another post from February 17, 2026, Knott discussed wildlife management policies in Maryland: “Having pro-hunter policies and programs will prevent over population, boost revenues, and elevate conservation quality. Instead, Maryland PAYS “professionals” to perform a mass-slaughter.”

Brad Knott assumed office following his victory over Frank Pierce in the 2024 general election for North Carolina’s congressional seat.
