Congressman Brad Knott, who was elected in 2024 to represent North Carolina, has recently posted several comments on his official X account regarding military service and political representation.

On February 13, 2026, Knott expressed pride in North Carolina’s military heritage and his participation in a ceremony at Fort Bragg alongside the President. He stated, “North Carolina is the proud home of the world’s most elite soldiers. I am honored to join @POTUS today in honoring our service members at Fort Bragg.”

Two days later, on February 15, 2026, Knott raised concerns about congressional districting and population counts. He wrote, “They always seem to miss:

1. Democrats’ extreme gerrymandering (zero R’s in congress from New England, New Mexico, etc.),

2. 15+ seats added to blue states from illegal aliens,

3. Admitted errors in census that benefited, wait for it, blue states.

And, conveniently,”

Later that same day he commented on immigration policy with a brief statement: “30 years, 40 million illegals late.”

Brad Knott won his seat in Congress during the 2024 general election by defeating Frank Pierce with 58.6% of the vote compared to Pierce’s 41.4%.

Fort Bragg is one of the largest military installations in the United States and plays a significant role in North Carolina’s identity as a center for U.S. armed forces.
