Congressman Brad Knott, who represents North Carolina’s 13th congressional district, used his social media platform to update constituents about recent community events and outreach efforts. The posts centered on support for veterans and assistance with passport services.

On August 11, 2025, Knott addressed local veterans in a message posted to X: “ATTENTION #NC13 Veterans If you need support with any veteran-related benefits or resources, stop by our Veterans Service and Resource Initiative in Lillington from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow.”

The following day, August 12, Knott reported on another event aimed at helping constituents with travel documentation: “We had a wonderful turnout today at our #NC13 Passport Fair in Clayton! If you couldn’t make it this time but need a passport, our team will be in Franklinton tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and they are happy to help you! You can also contact my district office any time for”

Later that same day, Knott summarized the completion of the Veteran Services Initiative: “That’s a wrap on our Veteran Services Initiative in Harnett County #NC13! My staff and I were honored to meet and assist so many wonderful veterans from all over NC-13 and beyond. A tremendous thank you to the officials, vendors and staff who joined us to serve more than ONE”

Brad Knott was elected as the representative for North Carolina’s 13th congressional district after defeating Frank Pierce in the general election held in 2024. He secured victory with approximately 58.6% of the vote compared to Pierce’s 41.4%. These outreach events reflect ongoing constituent services commonly provided by members of Congress.
