Congressman Brad Knott, who was elected to represent North Carolina’s 13th district in 2024, shared several updates and messages with his constituents through his official Twitter account on August 5, 2025.

In a message recognizing the United States Coast Guard, Knott wrote on August 5, “The United States Coast Guard is a force for good that benefits every American. Whether fighting crimes, protecting borders, or keeping our seas safe, we all owe the men and women of the Coast Guard a tremendous debt of gratitude. Join me in wishing the @USCG a happy birthday!”

Later that day, he highlighted his participation in a podcast alongside fellow representatives. On August 5, Knott stated, “I joined @RepMarkHarrisNC and @RepTimMooreNC on @RepublicanStudy’s Right to the Point podcast. We discussed everything from delivering wins through the OBBB to our @theACC allegiances.”

In another post made on August 5 regarding constituent services, Knott promoted an upcoming event: “Less than a week away from my office’s #NC13 Passport Fair — if we can help in any way, please come see us with your passport application. We would love to help!”

Brad Knott secured his seat in Congress after defeating Frank Pierce in the 2024 general election by receiving approximately 58.6% of the vote compared to Pierce’s 41.4%. This victory established him as the representative for North Carolina’s 13th congressional district.
