The City of Raleigh is offering Tiny Tots Basketball classes aimed at introducing young children to basketball in a supportive setting. The program is designed for children aged 3 to 5 and will be held at Barwell Park Road on Saturdays from November 1 to November 22, between 10 and 11 a.m.

The stated goal of the program is to help children develop a lasting interest in sports and physical activity by giving them a positive early experience with organized athletics. “The ultimate goal is to foster a lifelong love for sports and physical activity by providing a positive first experience with organized athletics,” according to the announcement.

The registration fee is $40 for residents and $55 for non-residents. Registration can be completed through RecLink.
