The City of Raleigh is launching a new utility account management portal, which will allow customers to pay bills, update personal information, and request services at any time. The portal introduces a “My Request” feature designed to help track customer requests more efficiently. Customers who manage multiple accounts will have the ability to group, nickname, and share their accounts through the updated system.

According to city officials, users enrolled in autopay must re-enroll in the new system on or after November 12 before their next payment is due. The city plans to host community events in November and December where residents can receive hands-on assistance and have questions about the new portal addressed.

Multiple payment options remain available. Customers may continue paying by mail, in person at the downtown Raleigh office, or at local Walmart locations.

For further information about the new billing portal, residents are encouraged to visit RaleighNC.gov and search for “billing portal,” or email RaleighWaterSelfService@raleighnc.gov.

“We’re Here to Help We’re ready to answer any questions you may have. Keep an eye out for more details on the upcoming community events.”
