The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Marine Fisheries will hold three upcoming meetings for the charter and for-hire fishing community. The meetings are intended to gather input from industry members on issues affecting their work, including mandatory harvest reporting and other topics brought up by attendees.

The first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Division of Marine Fisheries Central District Office in Morehead City. The second meeting will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington. The final meeting is set for Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. at College of the Albemarle – Dare in Manteo.
