The Durham Bulls will host their annual “Hockey Night” at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on September 12, as the Carolina Hurricanes prepare for their 2025-26 season. The event will take place during a game against the Norfolk Tides.
For this year’s celebration, Bulls players and coaches will wear specialty crossover jerseys inspired by the Hurricanes’ 2023 Stadium Series uniforms. These jerseys have been part of the event since its start in 2018 and will be auctioned to support the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation.
In last year’s event, Jalen Chatfield threw out the ceremonial first pitch, and members of the Hurricanes participated in lighting up the ballpark during the seventh inning.
Tickets for “Hockey Night” are available online, and fans can also pre-order the limited edition jerseys. Updates about the event will be shared on the Bulls’ social media channels.
“The Bulls will once again sport specialty crossover jerseys, a staple of the annual event since its debut in 2018, which will then be auctioned off to benefit the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation. This year’s threads pay homage to the Canes’ 2023 Stadium Series jerseys.”
“Last year, Jalen Chatfield threw out the ceremonial first pitch, and the Canes helped ‘Light The Bull’ during the seventh inning.”
