The City of Raleigh Museum is set to host an event on Friday, May 3, centered around Mental Health Awareness. The event will feature various activities and resources to promote mental well-being.

According to the organizers, the event will include therapy dogs provided by Helping Paw International, crafting activities, handouts on mental health toolkits, and valuable information about mental health support services. Additionally, local author and artist, Lord Phly, will be present at the event with copies of his new children’s book titled “A Time To Fly.”

The event is scheduled to take place from 6 to 9 p.m. and is open to all ages, with free admission. This initiative aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and provide attendees with valuable resources and support.
