The animated series “Hazbin Hotel” will return for its second season on Prime Video, premiering October 29. The show, created by Vivienne Medrano, continues the story of Charlie Morningstar and her effort to rehabilitate demons through a hotel in Hell. This season introduces Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy as Abel and adds four new cast members.
Season 2 will have eight episodes, with two episodes released each week until November 19. Season 1 is already available for streaming. Both seasons are exclusive to Prime Video, which can be accessed on various devices via web browser or app.
Prime Video is part of an Amazon Prime membership, which costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. Discounted memberships are offered at half price for young adults and those who qualify for government assistance programs.
“Hazbin Hotel” began as an animated YouTube show in 2019 and quickly gained over 117 million views worldwide. The series is known for its blend of adult humor, music, and unique characters.
The plot centers on Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell, as she attempts to help demons change their ways to reduce overpopulation after annual exterminations by angels. She opens a hotel with support from her partner Vaggie and Angel Dust. The arrival of the Radio Demon gives her mission a chance at success.
