Seeking a fun and energizing way to stay fit? A new class at the Worthdale Community Center offers a modern twist on traditional step aerobics. This revamped session blends classic step moves with upbeat routines set to both old-school and new-school hip-hop tracks.

Participants will engage in stepping, grooving, and sweating to the rhythm in a high-energy environment designed for all fitness levels. The classes are scheduled for Wednesdays starting in July from 7 to 8 p.m., open to individuals aged 16 and older. The cost is $10 per class, and registration is available through RecLink.
