Lowe’s has announced new enhancements to its Pro experience, aiming to support small- and medium-sized professional customers. The improvements include expanded access to products through the Pro Extended Aisle, upgraded digital tools for quoting and managing spending, and added benefits in the MyLowe’s Pro Rewards program.

The company says these changes are designed to help professionals who juggle purchasing, project management, and administrative tasks. The new features provide a unified platform for shopping, sourcing materials, and business management both in-store and online.

Quonta (Que) Vance, executive vice president of Pro and Home Services at Lowe’s, stated: “Pros are managing tight timelines and multiple jobs at once. Our focus is on helping them get what they need quickly, quote work competitively and keep their business running smoothly. From expanded product access and deeper inventory quantities through our Pro Extended Aisle to digital tools that simplify purchasing and tracking spend, we’re building an experience that supports how Pros actually work.”

Key updates to the Pro Extended Aisle include broader access to job lot quantities so builders can source everything needed for projects from one place. The digital catalog now provides real-time inventory levels and pricing information. Professionals can obtain fast quotes for bulk orders, arrange direct-to-jobsite delivery from participating suppliers, and benefit from a growing supplier network with expanded geographic reach.

Digital enhancements allow users to generate quotes remotely from job sites, track orders, review full purchase histories, receive spend reports with itemized billing by client or job, use reordering tools such as “Buy It Again,” authorize purchases for crews, integrate with accounting software like QuickBooks and Quicken, and utilize a digital wallet supporting multiple payment methods.

For rewards members, points are earned on every qualifying dollar spent. These points can be redeemed for MyLowe’s Money or exclusive products. Additional benefits include free shipping for all MyLowe’s Pro Rewards members, daily 5 percent savings with the Pro Rewards Credit Card, and a 20 percent paint discount after $3,000 in annual qualifying paint purchases.

These changes reflect Lowe’s ongoing effort to make it faster and easier for professional customers to operate their businesses efficiently across different platforms.
