A new cardio class called “Step and Move” is set to begin on July 17 at Sanderford Road. The class, which will take place every Monday from 6 to 7 p.m., offers participants a chance to engage in low-impact exercise through a mix of classic and new line dances. Attendees will also have the opportunity to create their own dance routines.

The class is open to individuals aged 18 and older, with a fee of $5 per session. While fans are recommended for comfort during the workout, they are not mandatory. Interested participants can register for the classes on RecLink.
