The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission is scheduled to meet on September 10 and 11 at the Archdale Building in Raleigh. The public has the option to attend these meetings in person or participate virtually via computer or phone.

Committee meetings are set for September 10 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, while the full commission meeting will take place on September 11 at 9 a.m. Both sessions will be held in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building, located at 512 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC.

The Environmental Management Commission plays a central role in setting regulations aimed at protecting and improving air and water resources across North Carolina. It oversees several divisions within the Department of Environmental Quality, such as Air Quality, Land Resources, Waste Management, and Water Resources.
