The North Carolina Office of the State Controller has announced that the HR-Payroll, BI, and Fiori systems will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. The outage will begin on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 7:00 AM and is expected to last until Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:00 AM.

During this period, users will not have access to these systems as maintenance work is performed. The office advises planning accordingly for any tasks that require these services before or after the scheduled downtime.
