The Pullen Community Center is set to host an engaging event titled “Pollinator Power Pods” on Tuesday, May 20. The event will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is open to participants of all ages at no cost.
Participants will have the opportunity to create seed pods designed to support pollinator habitats. These “throw-and-grow” pods can be used in gardens, yards, or any green space to establish small sanctuaries for pollinators.
In addition to the main activity, there will be other fun activities and crafts available. The event is structured as a floating session, allowing attendees to join at any time during the two-hour window.
Pre-registration for each participant is requested via RecLink in order to facilitate planning.
