The City of Raleigh is offering paddling programs across three parks: Lake Wheeler, Lake Johnson, and Forest Ridge Park. These programs include kayak and standup paddleboard (SUP) instructional classes and guided tours available throughout the warmer months.
Staff members leading these activities are trained according to American Canoe Association standards, ensuring they can teach technical skills and safety precautions effectively.
