The Raleigh Police Department will hold a hiring event on Saturday, October 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Law Enforcement Training Center located at 2320 Law Enforcement Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. The event is open to those interested in pursuing a career with the department.

Attendees will be able to meet with members of the recruitment team, discuss potential career paths within the department, and ask questions about the hiring process. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to take the Physical Fitness (PT) test on-site.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to register online before arriving. Participants should bring a valid photo ID, wear workout attire for the fitness test, and bring any training or credential documents they wish to present. Attendees are also advised to prepare any questions they may have for recruiters.

A video showing blocks 1 through 4 of recruit training is available for those who want an inside look at what new recruits experience during their time at the police academy.
