The City of Raleigh’s Department of Transportation is calling for public input to help shape the future of the city’s transportation systems. The department has opened three surveys, each focusing on different aspects of Raleigh’s transportation and mobility landscape.
The first survey, the Active Mobility Plan Survey, aims to improve infrastructure for walking and biking. This initiative seeks feedback from all residents, whether they are regular cyclists or pedestrians. The survey is open until January 24.
Next is the Bikeshare Program Feedback Survey, which looks to gather insights from bikeshare users to refine and expand the program. This survey remains open until February 14.
Lastly, the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Survey focuses on enhancing safety across Raleigh’s transportation network. It invites residents to share their concerns about traffic safety and is available through March.
Residents are encouraged to participate in these surveys and share them with others in the community. The feedback collected will play a significant role in creating a safer and more connected city for everyone.
