The City of Raleigh’s Department of Transportation is calling on residents to participate in two surveys aimed at enhancing the city’s transportation system. The initiative seeks feedback from all modes of transport users, including pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and public transit passengers. The goal is to make Raleigh safer and more accessible.

The first survey focuses on the Active Mobility Plan, which aims to improve the infrastructure for walking and biking. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts by July 11.

The second survey pertains to Quail Hollow Drive Green Street. This area has been earmarked for improvements under the 2020 Midtown-St. Albans Plan. The focus will be on active mobility enhancements, green stormwater infrastructure, and traffic calming measures. Feedback is requested on the design for Phase 1 of this project by July 18.

Residents are urged to participate in these surveys and share them with others. The input collected will be instrumental in shaping a safer and more connected city.
