The City of Raleigh has announced that its utility payment portal and call center will experience reduced capabilities from August 21 to August 24 due to scheduled system updates. During this period, customers will not be able to make online or phone payments, and staff will have limited access to customer accounts. According to the city, all services are expected to be restored by Monday, August 25.

A spokesperson for the City of Raleigh stated, “We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services!”

The update is part of ongoing efforts by the city to enhance service delivery and ensure reliability in its systems.
