The City of Raleigh has announced that its water payment portal and call center will be unavailable from August 21 to August 24 due to planned system upgrades. During this period, customers will not be able to make water payments by phone or online.

According to the city, all services are expected to resume on Monday, August 25.

“We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services!” stated the announcement.
