Is your child a creative thinker with a love for science and technology?

“This camp will give budding engineers, architects, and developers a place to fuel their interest in STEAM with a variety of play-filled learning and experiences that will nurture creativity and inspire future masterminds.”

Participants work together in “STEAM Teams” to solve fun, hands-on “challenges” that teach them about STEAM fundamentals and cross-curricular topics, plus important success skills like teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and more.

Participants should bring a lunch, two snacks, and a reusable water bottle each day and arrive wearing closed-toed shoes.

In a bid to engage young minds in playful learning, the STEAM Challenge: ArcadeMania is set to offer an immersive experience for children aged 7 to 10. The program aims to nurture creativity and inspire future masterminds through a variety of play-filled learning and experiences.

Participants will have the opportunity to work in “STEAM Teams” to tackle hands-on challenges that focus on STEAM fundamentals and cross-curricular topics. The program also emphasizes essential success skills such as teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

With a unique twist on popular video games, ArcadeMania ensures a 100% Screen-Free STEAM environment, providing a refreshing and interactive approach to learning.

The camp is scheduled to take place from August 5 to 9, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Interested individuals can register on RecLink for a cost of $200 for residents and $215 for non-residents. Participants are advised to come prepared with a lunch, two snacks, and a reusable water bottle, along with wearing closed-toed shoes for safety.
