Town of Garner issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.
The Town of Garner Town Council will hold one public hearing to review this rezoning request on Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00 pm. All public hearings are held in the Council Chambers of the Garner Town Hall located at 900 Seventh Avenue, Garner, NC 27529.
Interested parties are invited to appear before the Town Council and comment during the public hearing. After the public hearing, the case will be referred to the Planning Commission at a future meeting for a recommendation. It is also possible that substantial changes to the proposed request may be made following said hearing and prior to Town Council action.
