Thousands of spectators attended the 80th annual Raleigh Christmas Parade, enduring cold temperatures and strong winds. The Raleigh fire and police departments contributed to the festive atmosphere while ensuring public safety.

The parade featured floats from Triangle-area schools, bands, entertainers, businesses, and concluded with Santa Claus. The Raleigh Police Department displayed its K-9 and mounted units along with other teams. Meanwhile, the Raleigh Fire Department participated with fire trucks and firefighters, accompanied by Sparky the Fire Dog.

The event was officially named the "2024 ABC11 Raleigh Christmas Parade" and was presented by Shop Local Raleigh. It took place in downtown Raleigh on November 23.
