Town of Zebulon issued the following announcement on Jan. 7.

Zebulon’s Board of Commissioners has a vacancy. We are looking for someone that wants to serve the Zebulon community with their talents and abilities. Applications will be available beginning January 5, 2022 at the following locations: Town website, Town Hall, Police Station, Community Center, Eastern Regional Center, Library, and the Chamber of Commerce. Applications for the vacant Board  position will be accepted until 5:00PM on January 31, 2022. If you have questions please reach out to us at 919-823-1800.

The City of Raleigh has opened applications for its Building Up-fit Grant aimed at helping small businesses renovate commercial spaces. The program offers matching funds up to $25,000 for eligible interior improvements. Applications are open until April 29 with awards announced May 15.
