X-Treme Hip Hop Step, a modern take on traditional step aerobics, will be available at Abbotts Creek starting March 23. The sessions are scheduled every Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. This activity is designed for individuals aged 18 and older, offering an opportunity to enjoy routines set to lively music while achieving a significant caloric burn.

Participants can expect a stress-relieving experience as they engage in the energetic workout. The cost of each session is $10, and registration can be completed through RecLink.
