Build strength and flexibility while enhancing body awareness is the focus of an upcoming yoga class at the Historic Borden Building in Fred Fletcher Park. The alignment-based sessions are designed to help participants feel more grounded both physically and mentally, with attention to improving range of motion, posture, and balance. Props and modifications will be available for attendees, making the class accessible regardless of prior yoga experience.

Classes are scheduled for Tuesdays on November 18 and December 16 from 11 a.m. to noon. The program is open to adults aged 18 and older, with a $5 participation fee. Sessions will take place inside the Historic Borden Building unless weather conditions allow for use of the Amphitheater.

Interested individuals can register through RecLink.
