Zumba classes will be available at the Lake Lynn Community Center starting in August. The fitness program combines Latin and international music with dance moves to create an engaging workout experience.
Tanessa Barlow, who has been teaching Zumba for 18 years, leads the classes. She is known for her energetic and motivating style that encourages participants to enjoy dancing while reducing stress. No previous dance experience is required to join.
The sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m., catering to individuals aged 18 and older. Each class costs $5, and participants can register through RecLink.
