Raleigh home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Raleigh rose by $96,000 while total sales increased by 26800%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 538 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,750 - a 59% increase over the $162,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Raleigh in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Raleigh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,103, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
