Halloween is right around the corner, and ZPRD wants to make sure your decorations are ready. Our Teen Pumpkin Painting Party program will give teens a chance to decorate their own pumpkin with friends. Whether you make your pumpkin spooky or cute, you'll be able to show off your creativity with this free-hand, festive fall program! This program is FREE for Town of Zebulon Residents!
