At this time of year, it is possible for our area to experience several forms of severe weather. There is the potential for extreme cold, ice and snow, or just a chilling, cold rain.  As we enter the winter weather season, now is a good time to review our safety information.

Use our Ready Raleigh Guide to prepare yourself for any of these weather events.  Though we've only named a few, the Ready Raleigh Guide is an extensive resource to help you prepare for many types of weather events and other emergency situations.Once  winter weather is forecasted for us, it may be too late to find some of the supplies you should have in your emergency preparedness kit.
