Abbotts Creek Community Center is gearing up for an exciting array of summer programs in 2024. From fitness classes to creative workshops, there is something for everyone to enjoy at the center.

Pound Fitness enthusiasts can look forward to a high-energy workout experience, as Pound Fitness states, "Don't just listen to music - Become the music. Get your cardio and strength training all in one rocking workout."

Barre classes offer a low to no impact workout focusing on functional movements and body alignment, aiming to improve balance, muscular endurance, and core strength. According to Barre, this class is designed for all fitness levels.

For those interested in martial arts, the Jo Kwon Chi (JKC) class at Abbotts Creek provides a unique and enjoyable self-defense experience suitable for both beginners and experienced martial artists. The class promises a safe and effective approach to martial arts.

Tai Chi classes at the center offer a gentler martial arts experience, focusing on stress reduction, balance improvement, and flexibility increase. Tai Chi is designed for participants of all skill levels, enhancing both mind and body engagement.

Gentle Yoga classes at Abbotts Creek cater to yogis of all levels, offering a supportive environment for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
