Laurel Hills Community Center set for reopening with significant upgrades

The Laurel Hills Community Center is set to reopen its doors to the public on Monday, May 13th. The community center staff, including Alyssa and Michele, are eager to welcome visitors back and showcase a range of updates that have been made to the facility.

Among the improvements made to the center are a new wood gym floor and fresh paint throughout the building. Additionally, new flooring has been installed in the large meeting room, elevator, and office areas. The restrooms and locker rooms have also undergone an update.

In terms of infrastructure enhancements, a new HVAC system has been implemented which now includes an air-conditioned gym. A portion of the roof has been replaced along with all new gutters and downspouts. Furthermore, a new sidewalk connecting the rear door of the building to the playground has been added.
