Pride celebration planned at Pullen Community Center

A family-friendly Pride celebration is set to take place at the Pullen Community Center on Thursday, June 27. The event, designed to foster an inclusive environment for families, will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Attendees can expect an afternoon filled with music, crafts, games, and various outdoor activities aimed at celebrating love, diversity, and community. Participants are encouraged to bring food, lawn blankets, and chairs. Food trucks will also be available on site.

The event will commence with a parade at 5 p.m., leading participants to Pullen Park for a train ride. Organizers have confirmed that the celebration will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
