Raleigh announces lineup for the free summer concert series

The 2024 Summer Concert Series is set to return, offering free musical performances by local bands at Pullen Park and Fred Fletcher Park in Raleigh, NC. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to enjoy the concerts.

The schedule for Pullen Park, located at 520 Ashe Ave, Raleigh, NC, includes:

- June 2: Husbandos

- June 30: Triangle Taiko

- September 15: The British Invaders Band

Fred Fletcher Park, situated at 820 Clay Street, Raleigh, NC, will host the following performances:

- June 9: Carpe Diem Sax Quartet

- June 23: Capital Transit

- July 28: Tune Swingers

- August 18: Thelonious

- August 25: TBD

- September 8: SWAG

- September 22: Raleigh Concert Band

Concerts will take place on Sunday evenings from June through July between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., and from August through September between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. All ages are welcome to attend these free events. However, it should be noted that concerts may be canceled due to inclement weather and performers may change without notice. Additionally, food will not be available at Fred Fletcher Park.
