Raleigh seeks community input on improving customer service

As Raleigh continues to grow, so does the opportunity to improve and reshape its customer service experience. The city is reaching out to residents, business owners, and other stakeholders to participate in envisioning the future of customer service.

The city is offering several opportunities for involvement:

- Virtual focus groups (via Teams)

- In-person focus groups (locations TBD)

- Phone interviews

- Online surveys

Interested participants are encouraged to provide their details and availability. City staff will contact them within five business days of completing the survey.
