Event at Fletcher Park celebrates National Camera Day with pinhole camera craft activity

On June 29, Fred Fletcher Park will host a National Camera Day event featuring a hands-on camera craft activity. Participants can drop in to create a pinhole camera and take it home. The event also includes an opportunity to learn about the history of Fletcher Park, the Borden Building, and the former Methodist Home for Children, with historic campus photos available for viewing.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their cameras or phones to make use of provided props for photography. For further information, interested parties can contact 919-996-4364.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to noon. It is open to all ages and free of charge.
