Starting July 1, 2024, GoRaleigh will resume fare collection for bus trips, charging $1.25 per ride after more than four years of free service. The R-Line will also introduce a fare of $1.25 per person for the first time. Additionally, GoRaleigh Access fares will be reinstated.

Reduced fare programs and various pass options, including daily, weekly, and monthly passes, will be available. Riders can manage their payments and passes through a new app called Umo, which also provides bus location tracking and timetables. The app is available for download from the Apple or Google Play store.

The fare structure is as follows:

Regular Fare:

- Single ride: $1.25

- Day pass: $2.50

- 7-day pass: $12.00

- 31-day pass: $40.00

Reduced (Half) Fare:

- Single ride: $0.60

- Day pass: $1.25

- 7-day pass: $6.00

- 31-day pass: $20.00

Senior citizens (65+) and youth aged 18 and under can ride for free on all services.

For ADA Access trips, the fare is set at $2.50 per trip.
