Raleigh's Human Relations Commission has made grant funding recommendations to the City Council. These grants are awarded annually to nonprofits providing direct services to low-income residents who identify with targeted groups, including older adults, youth, individuals facing housing insecurity, persons with disabilities, and those with substance use disorders.

The grants underscore the City’s commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and ensuring access to essential resources and services.
