Solid Waste Service customers and Raleigh residents are increasingly utilizing the Raleigh Reuse App and Web Tool. These tools provide collection alerts, proper disposal methods for unwanted items, and recycling knowledge assessments.

Users can view or print personalized curbside collection schedules through the app and web tool. The mobile app allows users to set up alerts on their phones and tablets, while the web tool, available at raleighnc.gov, offers similar functionality. It enables users to download and print a personalized calendar at home.

For those interested in obtaining a hard copy of their curbside collection calendar, instructions are available on how to print one using the Raleigh Reuse Web Tool.

The Solid Waste Services department reminds customers that printed collection calendars will no longer be mailed. The app is available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or it can be accessed via the website.
