A flash flood advisory is in effect until 5:15 p.m. on July 19, 2024. The advisory includes monitoring rainfall and stream levels, particularly along Walnut Creek and Crabtree Creek. This process helps identify flooding conditions during storms, enabling first responders to close roads and implement other safety measures.

One of the tools available for public use is a Live Flood Gauge Map. This map displays stream gauges, camera locations, flood warning signs, floodplains, and weather radar. Users can also enter their address to view local weather conditions.

Currently, there are no impacts on city services due to the advisory.
