First Tee - Triangle is hosting a youth golf program at Sanderford Road Park. This initiative aims to develop children's character by integrating golf with a life skills curriculum, fostering inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience.

Participants will learn the four basic stroke types: putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing. Additionally, they will gain teamwork skills and respect. The seven-week class requires no prior experience or equipment.

The program runs from October 2 to November 13 on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., targeting ages 7-9. The cost is $20 for residents and $35 for non-residents. Registration is available on RecLink.
