Raleigh Youth Council invites high school students to join first meeting of the year

Join the Raleigh Youth Council at its first meeting of the school year. The Raleigh Youth Council offers high school students opportunities to develop leadership skills, volunteer in community service, engage in civic activities, and connect with peers across Wake County. The Council provides a platform for teens to express their ideas and opinions freely and advocates for youth in Raleigh and Wake County. It is a charter member of the Youth Councils of North Carolina.

The meeting will be held at the Kiwanis Neighborhood Center located at 2525 Noble Rd., Raleigh, NC 27608 on Monday, Aug. 26 from 7 to 8 p.m. Participation is free for high school students.
